1. We sign a tripartite escrow agreement (Investor / inTecnico / Escrow Bank).
2. The investor transfers the agreed-upon tranche to a secure account.

- Results of hardware tests and Big Data reports;
- Production regulations, product composition, and cost estimate;
- Financial model for implementation.

The Role of the Escrow Bank and Independent Auditor
The bank agent holds the funds until the checkpoints are confirmed, ensuring the safety of the investor's capital and inTecnico's obligation to disclose information.
An auditor, selected by both parties, verifies the transfer and authenticity of the provided materials, as well as the fulfillment of the project's technical KPIs. Only after the auditor's positive conclusion will the bank partially or fully release the funds.
